2026 EXCHANGE POLICY

·All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, however we understand that things happen. If you need to adjust your booking, you may request a free exchange or credit up to 3 days prior to your performance.

·Within 3 days of the performance, ticket exchanges may still be made, however credits are no longer available. Please note that exchanges can only be made within the same production you originally booked, and a $5.00 per-ticket exchange fee will apply. If exchanging into a higher-priced performance, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. Season ticket holders receive free exchanges within the 2026 season

·On the day of the performance, we are unable to offer exchanges or credits - exceptions may be made during major weather events.  

·If an exchange is not possible, tickets may be converted into a charitable donation on the day of the performance. A tax receipt will be provided.
